General Manager – Newcastle – up to 35k plus 25% bonus – New opening – Fresh Food Venue

My client is currently searching for a new General Manager to lead and manage a team at their new opening in Newcastle. The restaurant is serving an exciting menu with all food freshly prepared on site. The company currently has 50 sites in the UK and is looking to expand 10 per year moving forward. The brand has had rapid growth since arriving from the states two years ago and offers great career progression. The right General Manager would have the following:

– 2-3 years managing a high volume site
– A passion for serving fresh food and a love for the hospitality industry
– An exciting bubbly personality and the ability to motivate those around you.
– A ‘hands on’ approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
– The ability to work towards, achieve and exceed targets.
