Applications Support Consultant with ERP, Finance or Accounting Software experience based in Hook, Hampshire – to £28k plus benefits.

They specialise in accounting, ERP and CRM software solutions, particularly the Sage software range and have an excellent reputation.
They are looking for a Support Consultant with excellent communication who inspires confidence in their clients, is a creative problem solver and can manage multiple tasks in a fast paced support environment. You like to work hard, but have fun doing it and be part of a team who are engaged and focused on the business and its customers.
IT Applications Support experience is essential, with knowledge of accounting, ERP, or finance software solutions (Sage 200 or Sage CRM knowledge would be an added bonus). You need to be able to demonstrate your desire to provide the best customer experience possible, leaving no stone unturned to solve their support queries. Your skills will have been gained supporting Dynamics NAV, Agresso, Sage 200, Lawson, Access Accounts, Dynamics GP, Sage Line 500, Iris Exchequer, SunSystems, SAP Business One, NetSuite, COA, Coda or any other similar accounting or ERP software solution.
