Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of a newly formed commercial team in a new region for a national house builder.

You will be working to implement procedures within the department as part of the developments you will be responsible for which will mostly be traditional build housing schemes.

This is a rarely available and exciting opportunity and for this role we are looking for an individual who is currently working for another recognisable name on new build residential whether for another developer or main contractor. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a permanent work history with longevity in their roles.
