Salary: £36,000 – £43,200 per year
We have a great role in central Edinburgh for a talented web developer to develop user interfaces for a major financial services organisation.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong development skills using JSP, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery and Javascript. Any WEM (Web Experience Management) experience would be ideal but if not that then you should be familiar with at least one other CMS – training will be provided. You should have a solid portfolio of sites you can show to the client too.
You will be working as part of a development team so should have excellent communication skills. You should be able to work well in the team and you should be used to working to deadlines.
You should have experience of building cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions and should have a good understanding of accessibility.
Experience with Git or SVN would be good too.
