The Vacancy
Due to our client’s success they are now looking at recruiting an Internal Account manager to join their enthusiastic team who are passionate about delivering exceptional levels of service.
The Person
We’re looking for ambition, someone who is self motivated and determined. Personality is so important; you should be cheerful, positive, and enthusiastic about everything you do. You will actively manage an existing account base, whilst supporting external account managers. You’ll need to have good IT and organisational skills, commercial acumen and a professional manner.
Accountabilities
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Buying and selling stock
• Supporting external account managers with enquiries and quotes
• Entering customer orders onto the company database
• Liaising with customers on a daily basis
• Ordering stock
• Generating leads and up selling
• Dealing with new enquiries
• Basic credit control
