Architectural Technician / Technologist

Salary: £30,000 – £45,600 per year

TECHNICIAN / TECHNOLOGIST

Seeking both Intermediate and Senior

Project undertaking

• – Competent to undertake project technical delivery with Senior guidance. Projects to be delivered to the high standard expected by the Company, assisting Senior team members or independently where necessary.

• – To have good communication and organisation skills.

• – To advise the Directors of issues/problems before they develop in connection with Projects; technical issues. To make suggestions on remedial actions required.

• – To Project the image of the Practice in a professional manner, and at all times to act as a Technician / Technologist..

• – To exercise reasonable skill and care at all times.

• – ACIAT, minimum working to MCIAT ideally.

• – Autodesk Revit, BIM Level 1 minimum working to BIM Accreditation.

• – Autodesk AutoCAD LT, competent.

• – Microsoft office, competent.
