Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer

We have a client searching for an Air Con Engineer, to be based in/around the Derby Area. The precise area is negotiable if a Air Conditioning Engineer has the right degree of skills!

This should ideally have over 8 years (or above) trade experience and will be expected to carry out;

Routine Maintenance

Service

Fault Finding

Repairs

Service Engs should have knowledge of the common AC units used in retail & commercial sites – single splits, twin splits, multi splits, vrv/vrf..

Chiller Systems including Air Cooled and Water Cooled in a Commercial / Industrial Enviroment.

Knowledge of the major market brands (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc) is required and any additional A/C unit experience is a bonus.

Desired Qualifications & Requirements –

NVQ OR City & Guilds Level 2 in AC & Refrigeration (or Time Served Engineer)

F-Gas 2079 or CITB J11 Certificates

Full UK DL

Willingness to travel and cover quite a large working area

Able to work remotely & keep on eye on their working schedule (admin & tech support available from the office)

Basic salary:

Circa £32-36K for a 40hr week

Travelling time paid
