Salary: £26,000 per year
AS&T are currently looking to recruit a number of General Operatives with a Personal Track Safety (PTS) Card. This position is working for an international incident response specialist based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
IMMEDIATE START FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
*This position is ONLY litter picking
Travelling to various sites around the UK from the Head Office in Barnsley
Working within a small team of operatives cleaning litter along the railway tracks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills & experience.
– Hands on experience working within the rail network (preferred)
– Strong work ethic & willingness to take on any given tasks (essential)
– In date valid PTS card (Person Track Safety) (essential)
– Own transport to get to work would be a benefit but not essential, although you will be required to arrive on site early in a morning sometimes before 6:00am depending on the nature & the job location.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)
06:00-18:00 working hours may vary on daily/weekly basis; therefore we expect flexibility around this.
£26,000 per year depending on experience & contract.
