Salary: £42,000 per year

Domestic Electrician – Birmingham – £35k + excellent benefits

Our client is a large Energy Efficiency and Domestic Installer undertaking various measures including Boiler Replacements, Loft Insulation and Under floor Insulation.

We are looking for fully qualified and approved electricians to undertake regular 4 inch household extractor fan installations for bathrooms / kitchens across the West Midlands area. Works will involve travelling to domestic/residential sites and installing new 4 inch extractor fans for occupiers to use. Taking photos pre/mid/post installation and providing any commissioning paperwork to occupiers as necessary. This will include issuing Minor Works Certificates.

The ideal applicant must have the following:

* Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations

* JIB/ECS Gold Card (Preferred)

* 18th Edition

* Part P

* C&G Inspection/Testing or equivalent (Preferred)

* Registration with a CPS, Competent Persons Scheme such as NICEIC, Elmhurst or Stroma etc.

We would prefer applicants to have their own vans and tools etc.

Standard working hours – Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm and Installers are expected to undertake installations at 2 or 3 properties daily. Jobs are pre-booked by the office and optimal travel routes are provided to minimise travel time.
