I am currently seeking a handyman for a role based in the Stratford area to work on a static site for arguably the largest maintenance provider out there. The role shall be paying around 27k per annum; if you are a handyman looking for a new opportunity we have a role for you! Daily tasks include maintaining AHU’s, making furniture, painting and decorating, replacing taps, emergency light testing, plastering, hanging doors, installing locks, tiling, adjusting windows etc.
The ideal candidate will be client facing, good interpersonal skills and have experience in the Handyman trade. The candidate must be a good team player as he will be, not only working in a team, but also liaising with both the client and his contract manager to provide the most efficient, effective and productive form of support possible. The candidate must be self motivated with a strong passion to want to excel in his career and further his experience and knowledge.
