Commercial Gas Laundry Installation Engineer

Salary: £43,200 – £48,000 per year

The company is local based, family run commercial laundry company that have built up a very good reputation since they started trading. They provide top service and maintenance to all of their clients in Devon and Cornwall and have a very low staff turnover. There is no such thing as a job for life anymore, but this is as close as you are going to get in this day and age. They are also now part owned by a much larger nationwide company which gives them great support and stability for the employees but at the same time retaining their small company feel and values.

They are currently looking for two commercial laundry installation engineer to join the team, you will be:-

• Installing commercial and industrial gas and electrical laundry equipment, commercial dishwashers and some dosing machines
• Working on electrical and gas fired commercial laundry equipment as pull as wiring them in and any additional pipe work needed
• Covering Somerset and south Devon
• Working with clients such as nursing homes, offices, holiday parks, hotels etc.

Experience / skills required

• Experience within commercial laundry equipment would be beneficial but not essential
• Having some sort of gas certs would be needed, or at least domestic or commercial certs that they can get the change over course for laundry equipment
• Living anywhere in or around the Somerset area or Mid Devon around Taunton
• Good basic electrical and pipe work skills

Salary

• 30k basic, then 33k basic after probation period
• Door to door travel pay, overtime, van, phone, benefits
• Further training on laundry equipment if you need it
