Bank Support Worker

The Organisation: With 250 services and 4000 staff across the UK CareTech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. In operation since 1993, we have developed our services to support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.

We are looking for Bank Support Worker to join our friendly Team in Great Barr providing support for 7 service users. You should have the ability to demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities.

So are you caring? Inspirational? Optimistic? And Insightful? – These are easy words, but the real job of a support worker is the blend all this to enable our service users to lead a fulfilling and satisfying a life as they possibly can.

Applicants will ideally have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent and willing to work towards NVQ Level 3.

All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
