ABOUT YOU
Currently a Supervisor or Team Leader within the Retail sector
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Customer service focused
Ability to supervise and communicate in a team environment
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise the guest over tasks whilst still achieving targets
Great time management and organisational skills
YOUR ROLE
As Store Supervisor, you will:
Play the role of Brand Ambassador to the guests and team
Partner with the management team to achieve a high energy environment that supports the achievement of company goals and initiatives
Support initial training and ongoing development of team members
Participate in and monitor team execution of merchandise flow, maintenance of brand standards, visual merchandising and all operations
