Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year
General Manager £50-£55k+bonus+car+bens- South East
Our client is a successful global brand with a multi-store network in the UK. They are looking for a General Manager to manage one of their prestigious stores in the south east.
Overall purpose of the role
To maximise sales and profitability of the store ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
Delivering and surpassing agreed budgets and achieving profitable growth with full P&L responsibility.
Effective people management, leading and managing a large team. Motivation of staff through coaching and continued development.
Ensuring the store is adopting safe and environmentally friendly working practices and following health and safety procedures at all times.
Knowledge/ skills requirements
Proven experience as a successful Manager in a retail or merchant environment working in either a single or multi-store network.
Excellent relationship building skills combined with experience of providing exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience of developing staff and performance management.
Strength in managing systems and processes and used to working to and surpassing set KPI’s to manage business performance.
