Salary: £42,000 – £50,400 per year

A new opportunity has come to the market for a GMP Program Manager position for one of the UKs most well established cosmetics organisation with a global presence based in the South of England.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, GMP Compliance you will help drive corporate GMP compliance at the site including timely and effective implementation of the corporate audit action plan. This role is offered on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, however, there is strong potential for extension or for the opportunity to develop into a permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company with huge scope for development and progression. The organization have a constantly growing product portfolio and require individuals with a strong understanding of UK and global regulations across OTC, Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals to contribute toward current and upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of the site audit action plan
Support QA on completion of the audit plan
Delivery of annual GMP training
Develop process for implementation of global procedures (including training, test and records)
Support plant in implementation of global policies eg. Dress codes, drug product classification
Implementation of procedures/processes to support VMP e.g. Calibration Policy
Management of document control processIf you are interested in the position you must have:

A degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field
Strong QA experience in pharmaceutical environment including knowledge of GMP & FDA Regulations, preferably with experience in validation
Experience in development, delivery and management of GMP/Quality improvements and training
Experience of World Class Manufacturing techniques and methodologies including problem solving
Strong team player with the ability to motivate people
Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and work under pressure
Possesses the flexibility to deal with changing deadlinesStrong knowledge of Microsoft office is essential, SAP experience is preferredThe organisation are looking to pay between £42,000 – £50,400 + benefits.
