We are looking to recruit a Graduate IT Support Analyst for a global software and solutions organisation. Working as part of dynamic and talented team you will assist in implementing my client’s market leading case management platform across a wide range of blue-chip organisations.

This is an excellent role for a recent Graduate seeking their first role in IT with chances to progress quickly. You do not need a technical degree to apply but an interest in IT and a motivation to learn and prepare new skills, both commercial and of a technical (IT) nature.

In this role, you will:

* Configure the platform to implement client processes

* Handle support issues post implementation

* Liaise with specialist technical and software development staff

* Attend implementation workshops

* Communicate with clients by phone and by email

You will be in a challenging and exciting role, supporting my client’s growing number of software implementations in a team that delivers solutions to an increasing number of organisations within the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.
