Graduate / Trainee Developer

Successful and growing IT Services company, based in Central London, is looking for a Graduate / Trainee Web developer to join their team.

As a Graduate / Trainee Developer you would be part of an experienced and skilled team working with client websites and applications.

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Work with Business Analysts to understand and analyse client needs
* Design, build and maintain the in-house web platform
* Integrate third party components into the solution
* Optimise and re-factor existing code
* Investigate and fix defects and other issues

In order to be successful for this role you must have the following:
* Experience with one or more of the following:
o Java
o C++
o C#
* Passion for new technologies, especially web technologies
* First class organisational skills
* Ability to work under-pressure and to tight deadlines
* Clear verbal and written communication
* Strong all-round technical abilities

Ideally you will be at degree level (or equivalent) and come from a Technical background (academically/commercially) Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Maths. You must have a grade A-B in Maths for your ALevel (or equivalent). With a track record of delivering on projects and an ability to carry tasks through to completion

My client is offering a salary of £30,000 – £32,400 + benefits + pension + health care + training + career progression + bonus
