The ideal candidate will have a background in the Health & Social Care industry, Elderly Care and/or Dementia within a residential care setting at a supervisory or managerial level. The role is open to Qualified (D32/D33/A1 or TAQA) or Unqualified Assessors, who have the relevant sector experience and qualifications.
We strongly encourage applications from candidates holding a Level 2 /Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) as a minimum and have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Adult Care professionals (with hands on experience) would make ideal candidates, including those that have experience of work based learning.

This exciting position will allow you to draw upon your experience of the Adult Care/Social Care industry to provide learners in their workplaces with support and training, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Salary & Benefits:

• A starting salary of £26,000(rising to £21,328 after probationary period)
• Full support and training to achieve your Assessor qualification (if not held)
• Incentive based bonus scheme
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Contributory company pension scheme
