Supervisor – Coffee Store

Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year

Our client operates a successful coffee shop based in Sevenoaks. They are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting management in the daily running of thr retail outlet.
• Making hand crafted specialty coffees and teas
• Serving a variety of food and light snacks
• Ensuring the section is kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times.
• Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Follow the law in respect of food hygiene and health and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous Hospitality and Barista experience is preferred; however we are happy to consider candidate who have an interest and willingness to learn
• Passion for crafting great coffee
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Flexible, positive and adaptable team player.
• Ability to listen and follow instructions.
