Client Payments Administrator

The Company:
My client are a leading Forex Brokerage located in the financial City of London.

The Position:
The purpose of the position is to ensure that details of receipts and payments from the Company’s clients are inputted accurately and on a timely basis so that their accounts with them accurately reflect their position at all times.

Typical activities will include:
•Monitoring UK and international multi-currency bank accounts for funds received and applying these to clients trading accounts.
•Processing withdrawal requests to Clients onto our in-house system as well as onto their external partner systems (banks, cards and e-wallets).
•Taking credit and debit card deposits from clients on the phone.
•Assist customers and other Internal Departments on payment enquiries.
•Work in low level projects
•Whilst this role is junior, and relatively repetitive it is an essential task and one that has to be completed accurately and on time, errors have the potential to cost my client significant losses, and, damage their reputation with their Clients.

The Candidate:
•The candidate will have some experience working in office environment, ideally within a payments team. This could even be someone who has completed a work placement or internship.
•They will be educated to A level standard (or equivalent) with proven good numerical grades.
•It is essential that the candidate has good Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
