Job Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: Daresbury, Warrington, WA4
Rate/Salary: £17.86per Hour
Duration: Long term (12m+)

The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide
The Role:
To play a key role in delivering an effective recruitment service and in the development of best practice recruitment policies and processes for the company
Delivery of the company recruitment process, communicating where appropriate to all stakeholders.
Implement Group Policy relating to recruitment
Be the point of contact for specific recruitment campaigns.
Tracking, recording and actioning all pre-employment screening actions necessary.
Maintain/update recruitment and candidate data accurately.
Completion of KPI data
Interfacing with HR teams and Hiring Managers across the business to agree and continually improve
Liaising with external suppliers, e.g. recruitment agencies etc.
Organisation and managing assessment centres, participation as an assessor and validation of assessments made by other assessors
Leading or assisting at recruitment events & shows including graduate recruitment fairs
Undertaking participation in projects to develop a best practice approach to recruitment and selection.
Promote the Company in a positive manner through all internal and external channels including social networks
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Relevant and recent recruitment experience with an in house department or recruitment agency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CMS experience
• Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
CIPD qualified/part qualified or extensive recruitment experience
Ability to work to deadlines and tight timescale s in a constantly changing environment
Understanding of recruitment to a structured framework in a large organisation
SAP / Avature experience would be an advantage although training would be given
