Located: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £42,000+ benefits
My client is an established and highly successful financial services business base din Preston, Lancashire. Due to continued growth they are looking to appoint an IT Systems Analyst to join their existing 20-strong IT team.
Key responsibilities:
– Analyse and document business processes from systems/application perspective
– Liaise between the business and IT to define and agree software functionality throughout the development life cycle
– Manage BAU support tickets ensuring swift resolution
Experience required:
– Track record supporting an MS Dynamics CRM application
– Previous experience of delivering systems and applications changes and testing
– Experience with SQL applications and working with an ITIL framework
