Position: Stores / Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £26,000per year’000 – £18,700 per year
Duration: Permanent subject to 3 month probationary period
Hours of work: 43 hours per week from to Monday – Friday 6am – 2.30pm, flexible hours required subject to deliveries etc

Job Description

The opportunity has arisen for an self motivated and experienced Stores / Warehouse Supervisor to join this well established manufacturing business in central Huddersfield.

The successful candidate will posses excellent organisational and strong communication skills. Taking full responsibility for the warehouse and stock control function of the business.

Working independently your role will be to support the manufacturing process ensuring that production is maintained through the acceptance and provision of resources.

You will oversee the stock and orders to ensure they are properly selected and dispatched with the relevant documentation. Ensuring a clean and safe environment for working is provided at all times. You will also be responsible for ensuring the stock is labelled and located correctly for speedy distribution.

Job Requirements

* Stock management experience
* Fork Lift Truck Licence (Counterbalance)
* At least 3 years warehouse experience
* Flexible to working hours
