Project Architect

We’re looking for a Project Architect to join our client’s London practice! Our client is an award winning architectural practice, based in London. They focus on providing innovative and creative design solutions, and as a result have developed a large portfolio of clients to provide their services from inception to completion. Due to an increasing workload they are now looking to extend their team!

As the Project Architect, you will be joining a talented design team on a permanent basis. You will work on a number of projects using design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Revit, as well as producing drawings by hand as well. This role will see you producing designs for every part and component of the project, preparing design proposals and presenting these to clients, and resolving any issues that arise during building. This is an exciting opportunity for commercially aware candidates looking to work for a reputable client!

Essential requirements:

* Previous experience working on a range of developments, ideally commercial
* Proficient design skills, both by hand and using relevant software
* Ability to work as part of a team on early stages and design proposals
* Time management and organisational skills to ensure projects meet deadline and budgets
* Commercially aware with a mature and reliable work attitude
* Ability to maintain and develop key client relationships

The ideal Project Architect will be able to work both as part of a team as well as under minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of projects from inception to completion! Our client is offering a negotiable salary dependent on experience for this role, which is based at their London practice.
