Lloyd Morgan Group are one of the UK’s leading transport compliance service providers and were looking for an office based sales executive to join our team.

We are looking for a knowledgeable sales executive with a track record of success or someone who believes they have the character, ethics, personality and hard work within them to become one.

We’re offering a base salary with very achievable bonus structure ( as all bonus tiers hit most months currently) for Month and annual sales target being achieved, making the remuneration rewarding and in excess of £36,000per annum if targets are achieved.

Wage is a monthly salary & Bonus is paid monthly.

This is a bonus driven role with uncapped rewards for your success in sales which will complement your salary.

Our services include and you will be selling::

Audits, Vehicle Inspections, Transport & Workshop Related Training, Engineering & Transport Manager Accreditations.Third Party Products such as PPE, Software, Hardware and consumables.

We are looking for;

an office based, sales executive to join our successful team.

Your daily activities will include, inbound and outbound telesales, email sales, responding to sales enquires through our various media profiles. Working through existing accounts and successfully bring new accounts on board.

You will be;

• An enthusiastic sales executive who can be moulded into a successful Business 2 Business Telesales executive who will strive in the telesales arena selling our Transport related compliance, training services & products to an existing customer base and also build the database with further new clients.
• You must be self-driven.
• Be a team player
• We are looking for a highly motivated person who has a drive to sell, can maneuverer around the traditional sales obstacles and is able to maintain a great relationships with clients offering them a dynamic, friendly and flexible approach to our services.
• Ideally you would have knowledge of this industry or be able to quickly adapt your skills to this sector. For those new to the sector you will need be interested in learning the products as this is key to your success
• However, the right attitude and enthusiasm if far more important than experience and training can be given for the right candidate to transform you into the sales executive we are looking for.
• The sales executive role is a driven role with great rewards for achieving and exceeding targets individually and as a team.
• You must be a team player, methodical, be able to spot opportunities, think on your feet and monopolise them friendly & quickly.
• This will be a multi-tasking role which an organised mindset will flourish in
