Mercedes Benz are running a 12 month extensive Sales Training Academy and are keen to attract and develop talented individuals, who have a genuine desire and passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.

The Mercedes Benz Sales Executive Academy allows them to recruit raw talent and develop potential to become one of their proud and highly trained professional Sales Executives.

Trainee Sales Professional

About you:

‘ll already have experience of sales from within a retail or hospitality environment and you’ve a real desire to further develop your sales career. A great communicator, you’ll already understand how a great sales process goes hand in hand with great customer service. You’re good with numbers and commercially aware and you thrive in a performance focused environment. A real team player, you’re self-motivated and always happy to go the extra mile, supporting colleagues and customers alike.

You will also have a full clean driving license, important for experiencing our incredible products.
