Poppy’s People, an Early Years Recruitment Specialist are delighted to be working in conjunction with our Clients on Vacancies throughout the UK, in this case we are seeking an Early Years Professional for a Assistant Pre School Room Leader to work in our clients Setting in Radlett.

The Role.
Our Clients are seeking an Assistant Pre School Room Leader with a level 3 Qualification.
The Assistant Room Leader Role Involves:
* To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children.
* To give support to other personnel/staff within the nursery
* To manage the Pre-School Room in cooperation with the setting Managers / Owners.
* A strong knowledge of the EYFS and to work to its requirements daily and ensure that other staff follow your example.
* You will supervise the staff in the room and ensure they are working as required with particular attention to ensuring Observations are carried out and recorded regularly as per the requirements of the EYFS.
* Promotion of British Values guidelines.
* In addition to these duties you will also be an active member of the Room staff and will carry out the duties of a Nursery Nurse as required.
* In this instance we are seeking someone to work in a Baby Room.
* Requirements.
* You will have experience of the following:
* Working with children in an Early Years Nursery.
* Room leader experience or a strong track record as a Nursery Nurse and an ability to demonstrate you are ready to advance your career to the next level.
* Dealing with Partnership with Parents.
* To have knowledge, be capable and have experience of implementing the EYFS and managing the team.
Essential Qualifications of an Assistant Room Leader:
Our Clients are seeking enthusiastic and professional candidates with the following attributes:
* Nursery Nurse level 3 or above.
* Experience within Early Years as a senior Nursery Nurse.
The Rewards:
Salaries are negotiable £19000- £20000 and genuinely attractive for the right person and will be based on experience and individual candidate abilities.
