The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. 

With a fast paced Recruitment service, you can be earning some of the industry’s highest Salary: s with the minimum annual salary of starting from £26,000per year for standard calls, rising to £26,000 per year when working on weekends and £26,000 per year when working in teams of two in complex calls. In addition, we pay travel time AND travel mileage.

Positions available are full time (37+ hours) and part time (20-25 hours). Overtime opportunities are available including night care and bank holidays. We are currently recruiting in Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and Tamworth. 

Responsibilities for the Carer: 

• Help clients take prescribed medication 

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene 

• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) 

• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop 

• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own 

• Be a pleasant and supportive companion 

• Report any unusual incidents 

• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency 

Requirements for the Carer:

• Car driver essential 

• One years’ experience preferred not essential 

• Respectful and compassionate 

• Good time management skills 

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong ethics
