Dispensing Optician

FBDO Dispensing Optician – friendly, family run, multi-branch practice dispensing designer frames including Chanel & Lindberg. No shift, Sunday, Bank Holiday or overtime working is required.

Our client is an Award-winning, family owned and run practice with 4 branches in Merseyside. Based in Aintree, the practice is constantly growing and has led to the need for an additional Dispensing Optician.

This family-friendly practice runs 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. The role is full time, 5 days a week. Days off include all Sundays, plus one weekday each week. There is no shift, overtime, Sunday or Bank Holiday working involved.

Reporting directly to the practice owners, you will work with a great deal of autonomy, often with children, and will have the confidence and experience to guide and supervise less experienced staff. You will have full freedom to dispense with support available when needed.

You will dispense the latest digital lens designs and all the top designer frames from the likes of Chanel and Lindberg. The practice is one of only 70 opticians in the UK licenced to dispense Chanel frames.

The successful applicant will be FBDO qualified, work a 37.5 hour week over 5 days, have a warm and friendly personality, excellent customer care skills, possess good computer and admin skills, and the confidence to work autonomously and supervise less experienced colleagues.
