Locum Conveyancing Solicitor
3 Weeks Cover

Are you a hard-working Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your new short-term role? Are you available at the end of July? If so, please get in touch.
About the role:
As the Locum Residential Property Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to:
* Run your own high-volume caseload of domestic conveyancing matters;
* Work with a variety of clients, professionals and third parties;
* Handle residential property work including sales and purchases, leasehold, mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
About the Locum Residential Property Lawyer:
You will be immediately available and will be able to work full-time from the Wolverhampton office.
Essential skills:
* A minimum of one year of Conveyancing experience;
* Experience of residential conveyancing;
* Strong organisation, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
