Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Registered Manager

Wakefield, West Yorkshire

£40,000 – £45,000pa + benefits

The Role

  • We are looking for a leader for this service who is tenacious, passionate and has the ability to communicate will and build strong and productive relationships with both young people and their teams.
  • Through your leadership and motivational skill you will both personally and through your guidance of your teams ensure that the support of children within care achieve their best possible outcomes, using the bespoke residential care, education and therapeutic care provided

Essentials

  • A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years)
  • At least 1 year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Candidates that hold a full, UK driving licence
  • Candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
