Conduct Assurance Manager

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this financial services company for a Conduct Assurance Manager to join the team. You will manage the business’s conduct assurance risk for the company and have strong man-management skills and have the ability to look at implementing and improving new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement new systems and processes whilst monitoring and continually assessing the conduct assurance of the network and head office functions to ensure they are covering regulatory and company policy. Provide guidance, reporting, and information to the senior management team and operations on conduct assurance and the evident risks. You will also design and own the QA framework, ensuring alignment to the strategic assurance plan including determining and agreeing on standards, controls, and procedures.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will come from the financial services sector with knowledge of the regulators. You will have strong management skills combined with knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and conduct risk.
