A Neighbourhood Officer is being recruited on a 2 month temporary assignment within this Property Management business.

Responsibilities include: –

– Providing a proactive management service within the housing properties.
– Managing and investigating tenancy problems.
– Where necessary, escalating cases for legal action.
– Building effective working relationships with residency and community groups.
– Providing support and advice to tenants in order to maintain their properties.

The successful candidate will ideally have good working knowledge of current housing legislation and best practice and the issues that arise. It would be beneficial to also have an understanding of the benefits systems and welfare reform changes.

You will have exceptionally strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised and have experience within a customer centred environment.
