Salary: £15.6 – £19.2 per hour
Pipe Fitter / Welder
A company of process engineers working predominantly in the food & pharmaceutical industries, who undertake major turnkey projects, from design, manufacture & installation in the UK, Europe and globally.
They are looking to employ a skilled stainless steel pipefitter / welder to join their existing team.
The successful applicant must be competent in all aspects of stainless steel purge TIG welding, process pipework, systems and site installation / commissioning work. With a keen focus on health & safety and the ability to plan and carry out work in line with customer requirements whilst working to method statements and risk assessments on a project to project basis.
The right individual will have an eye for detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team and It would be beneficial but not essential to have experience in the food and confectionary area of process engineering.
To emphasise the experience required, products and systems are all low-volume and uniquely designed to customer requirements, rather than standard high-volume catalogue products.
