Field Service Engineer

We are currently recruiting a Field Service Engineer to work for our Bloxwich based client.

The successful candidate must have a good understanding of electrical systems. Duties include attending service calls including installation, maintenance, diagnosing and repairing faults. Other duties will include electrical installation of hand dryers and washroom equipment. The individual will be dealing with customers on a daily basis so excellent customer service skills are essential. Covering the West Midlands and some surrounding areas. Full Training will be given.

Essential Requirements:
• Full clean driving licence and willing to travel
• Must have a sound electrical understanding
• Good verbal and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Honest & Trustworthy

Advantageous:
• Previous experience in a similar role an advantage or experience with white goods or in a service engineer role
• Some experience in basic plumbing an advantage
