I am currently recruiting for my clients brilliant care home based in the SWINDON area.

This particular home specialises in Elderly/Dementia. The most recent CQC is overall ‘good’ following the most recent inspection.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in working with autism and leading a small team. Ideally candidates will have experience in Microsoft packages and be interested in developing their leadership skills.
Car drivers with clean UK licence are desirable.

You must be kind, caring and empathetic and act as an advocate for our lovely residents. The position will include alternate weekends and it is preferable at the beginning of employment that you are flexible with hours/Days of work.

We are looking for committed, reliable, compassionate and pro-active candidates who will assist in providing full care to our residents. Experience is preferred but not essential

The home are recruiting for a Night Healthcare Assistant to join there experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts, please see details below:

Hours – 36 – 48 per week

annual salary of – £26,000
