Electrical Engineer

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – £25K – £27K – THETFORD – PERMANENT –

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer to join a specialist provider of electrical and mechanical engineering services based in Thetford, Norfolk.
Established in 2007, our client offer a range of services including maintenance, electrical design, panel manufacture and small electrical assemblies, software design and mechanical assembling.;
The Electrical Engineer will be based onsite and will be responsible for:
• Carrying out site surveys
• Fulfilling site work as part of a team
•Liaising with customers to ensure the job runs smoothly and is completed in the timescale set
The successful Electrical Engineer will have:
• Full clean driving license
• 17th Edition Certification
• Test and Inspect 2391 or equivalent
A background in electrical panels would be an advantage but not essential.
The hours of work when in the unit are Monday to Thursday, 7:30am- 4.30pm and Fridays 7:30am – 1:30pm. Flexibility is essential as per customer site opening times and job completion. Weekend work will also be required however this is rare.
