Manufacturing Finance Manager – Based in Tamworth – £35,000 – £40,000 + Benefits

My client is a niche, fast growing manufacturing business supplying the construction industry and due to rapid growth they are looking for a Finance Manager to undertake some of the duties from the Finance Director who works on a part time basis. The role will involve monthly management accounts, cost control, cashbook, credit control, payroll and overseeing the finance department staff of one and a half. Due to the nature of the role it will have a strong operational element and this will include IT, HR and governance. Ideally you will be an excellent communicator, discrete, assertive, commercial and be able to lead a small team that will grow as the business does. REF: J17816.
