Business Development Manager (BPO – contact centre services)

My Client is a leading international business who business in the UK is providing specialise outsourcing solutions for specialist call centres. They current provide multi languages and bespoke services to call centres who want to outsource service to 100 FTE’s. Due to grow we now seek to recruit a permanent professional Business Development Exe to join the team but grow the London and surrounding areas territory. This role will suit an individual who already has contacts within the Contact centre community and has sold these solutions in the past. This is a hands on role and will involve generating new business and putting together bids.

The role;

Identifying and securing Medium to large scale contact centre and Business processing outsourcing business from major and international blue chip clients.

Developing Tailored solutions and communicating our value propositions. Building partnerships.

Acting as a main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process regarding commercial topics.

The Person

Must have a proven sales track record within BPO spent within the contact centre Industry.

A proactive networker and enjoys building and generating new business and contacts.

A goal driven and self motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills

Passionate about providing solutions within the contact centre industry
