Band 6 Community Psychaitric Nurse

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse for an Assertive Outreach Team in the East London Area. The position is full time, working 9-5 Monday-Friday and paying from £26.4 – £27.6 per hour depending on experience. Immediate starts are available.

You will be working in an Assertive Outreach Team. This is a community team for people with serious and enduring psychotic illness with whom existing services have difficulty engaging and who present a high risk to themselves or others. Your duties will include working within the Assertive Outreach Service model, care coordinating, Managing a caseload and administering depot injections.

You Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, with a current and valid NMC registration to apply for this role.
