Outbound Sales Team Leader

A permanent Outbound Sales Team Leader job in South Leeds paying £22 – 25k (OTE £30-£33k) to effectively lead and motivate the team of telesales executives in a fast paced, target driven environment to achieve excellence in both call quality and delivery of sale results.

Your new role
You’ll manage a team of customer-focused sales individuals who will help you achieve and exceed targets on a daily basis. You will be responsible for implementing best practice in areas such as performance, scripts, conversion techniques and developing executives to achieve KPI’s. You will be responsible for motivating and driving your team and must lead by example whilst managing your own time efficiently. The hours you work will either be 8.30-4.30pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday dependant upon your preference.

What you’ll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding daily targets, be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with your colleagues and clients. You will have a strong customer focus, be enthusiastic, motivated, driven, proactive and have a strong work ethic.

What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a basic salary of £26,400 – £30,000with the potential to achieve on target earnings of £30-£33k. Free parking is available. You’ll be joining a fast growing national organisation.
