Commercial Gas Engineers and Commercial Catering Engineers £33,000 – £38,000(Open to negotiation depending on experience) Company Vehicle + Overtime + additional benefits

You will be working for a London-based facilities management company, who are serving over 180 public and private sector clients at 200 locations throughout the capital and Home Counties. This role is due to my client successfully winning another large contract across over 50 locations in the South East of London, and due to the clients you will be required to be security checked

Job Role: ·Responsible for the technical performance and maintaining company and industry standards within the contract, providing guidance to others on site and technical expertise in gas and boiler systems, to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery. ·Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H & S & environmental regulations. ·Repair systems, plant or equipment to the required standards. ·Install, commission & service of plant equipment and industrial furniture. ·Diagnose, fault-find, debug and commission systems, utilising appropriate technical skills and system knowledge. ·Monitor and assess ongoing machine/ facility performance, through PPM programme as appropriate, identifying any additional works required to meet fit for purpose standards. ·Administer and complete relevant paperwork for all assignments and forward to the appointed office for filing. ·Plan, prioritise and resource projects, assessing material requirements in accordance with company procedures. ·Permits to work procedures are followed in liaison with line manager. ·Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, establishing regular contact with appropriate personnel.

Skills Required:
·Gas Safe accreditation is essential
·Approved and formal apprenticeship served in relevant skill area or a minimum of 4 years relevant and practical experience within a similar industry.
·Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment.
·Full UK Driving licence
