Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home

We are currently working with a reputable provider of therapeutic residential care for looked after children aged between 12 and 18 years that has homes across 4 counties and takes national referrals. They are currently looking for Deputy Manager’s to establish their new homes within the Alton area with a view that they grow this presence and become a well known provider.

To be considered you must be a highly motivated individual who holds NVQ3 as well as/or a degree. To qualify you have to have evidence that you have worked in a senior position in a residential care home and that you have the leadership and managerial skills to co-manage a home to deliver outstanding Ofsted outcomes. You will have a sound knowledge of therapeutic approaches and how to work within strict programme boundaries.

The successful applicants will be offered a salary of up to £30,000per annum, which may be negotiable depending on experience.
