Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

* Commission paid as a % of GP AND milestone bonuses from £1k to £10k each

You’ll be winning and signing new clients across the North of England – sweet spot is 40-100 user sites. You’ve got plenty testimonials of great delivery to show your target clients and the trust and flexibilty to negotiate.

You’ll work with the directors to plan the sales strategy to ensure the support teams can plan for delivery so that you’re not sullying your name in the market by over promising.

Bonuses are paid out at 10% of GP for the ifrst year of your business win with a further 5% paid out in Y2. You’ll also be aiming to earn the substantial bonus rewards on offer at achievable milsetones – from £1k to £10k lump sums! A realistic OTE of £70k

Applications are invited from sales business development managers from the industrial recruitment sector who have experience closing deals of sites upwards of 30 users.
