My Telford based client is looking to recruit an Marketing & Internal Communications Co-Ordinator to join its Marketing and Communications team. This is an exciting global role working within a small team with the responsibility of co-ordinating all internal employee communications to around 5000 employees worldwide.

Key skills
• Coordination of internal employee communication including managing the company’s SharePoint Intranet
• Inception and management of the company’s Digital Asset Management System
• Internal Global events organisation – product launches, internal team conferences
• Internal support for company conference events
• Contribution and development for the internal company magazine
• Support updates to global PPT presentations
• Internal Communication on social media

Experience required
• A degree in Internal Communications, Marketing or similar is desirable
• 2 years working within a similar communications role
• Ability to demonstrate experience in Project Management
• Excellent MS Office skills – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Good command of English – other languages are an advantage
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and DAM systems would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, to work independently and part of a team on multiple projects.
