This beautiful home is located in Preston and is home to 44 residents. It provides first-class residential care
Day to day responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring quality care is of its highest standard by frequently assessing resident’s needs and requirements.
* Develop, review and update care plans to meet clients altering physical, social and psychological needs.
* Communicate professionally and kindly with visitors including family and friends
* Conform to all legal and best practice guidelines.
* Ensure medicines are correctly received, stored and administered to all residents.
* Promote high standards of nursing care
