Trainer – Various Locations

3 x Trainer (278jc) – Various Locations – £28- 31,500 + Vehicle

My client is a national leader in sustainable community construction projects for the UK Housing Industry and is now looking for 3 trainers to join their team across the UK.

You will be reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and your regional HQ, which will be based either at their Central, Scotland or Northern Regions HQ’s.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality, bespoke training courses where they are required within the business, either office based or site based employees

Therefore your key accountabilities will include:-
• To ensure that all courses are kept up to date with the latest Government Legislation as applicable
• To provide ad hoc training advice on site
• To assist the Learning & Development Manager in the formulation of training programmes and personal development plans as required
• To ensure all training records, registers and evaluations are fully completed and sent to the regional training coordinator
• Any other reasonable management request

To be eligible for this role, you will need the following qualifications, experience and knowledge:-
• Advanced understanding of current H&S Legislation relating to CDM regulations
• Exceptional presentation and training skills
• Cleaning driving license
• Willing to travel to sites
• Self-motivated
• Experience
• Industry knowledge
• Minimum of PTLLS or Similar
• NEBOSH General
• NEBOSH Construction
• Member of IOSH

The ideal individuals would be someone who is living the following area’s:-
• 1 x Hebburn
• 1 x Doncaster
• 1 x Coleshill

And someone who has delivered training either while in the military or in the civilian and who has the ability to teach at all levels, as this company teaches internally and to 3rd party contractors from senior management through to the shop floor.
