Start Salary: £26,000per year (potential to move to a maximum of £26,000 per year)
Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (8.30am – 5 pm Monday to Friday)

Our client is seeking a permanent Gas Scheduler to join their team in Taunton.

You will have responsibility for helping to ensure the efficient scheduling of gas repairs and servicing appointments and administration for their in house repairs and maintenance service. You will operate effective systems to ensure proficient service delivery, good value for money and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact with the Gas Team and you will liaise with operatives and residents about appointments.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and will be fully competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience with databases to provide a streamlined and effective administration service is essential. A passion for “all things” maintenance and an understanding that repairs are at the top of their residents’ agenda when it comes to service delivery is required.

The ability to manage a varied and busy workload and continuously communicate with your key contacts is essential. You will need to have excellent organisational skills, be self- motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
