Fabric Maintenance Engineer – FM Maintenance – Mayfair, London
My client is a market leading building maintenance service provider with a rapidly expanding portfolio across the UK. Due to a internal promotion, they are seeking a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to conduct daily fabric PPM & reactive duties across this prestigious high rise property in Mayfair.
The successful candidate will look after the fabric duties, whilst working alongside the M&E day teams.
Job Specification:
* Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings such as: lighting, basic plumbing, 1st fix carpentry, replacing damaged features, filling, painting and decorating, replacing broken taps to name a few.
* Ensure strong communication clients
* Manage workload accordingly
* Organise sub contract labour.
* Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures
Salary & Package:
* £28,800.00 Per Annum
* Monday to Friday – W1: 7 till 4 / W2: 10 till 7 – No Call Out
* 25 Days Annual Leave
* Overtime Available – Rates: x1.5 & x2.0

* City & Guilds in a skilled trade or maintenance engineering
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Team player, strong management skills
