Experienced Support Workers

Salary: £14.4 per hour

Experienced Support Workers required for a gentleman who has a brain injury living in the Croydon area.
Our client requires 2 to 1 care with all activities of daily living and to access community activities.

Applicants must be passionate about delivering high standards of care with good initiative and willingness to work in an adapted family home. A high level of both mental and physical stamina is required.

Previous experience of working with clients with complex needs and a brain injury is preferable. You must also be able to demonstrate a high quality of both verbal and written communication skills.

Close proximity to Croydon/Bromley is essential.

Working Hours- Day Staff- 24-30 hours a week. Waking Night Staff- 24 hours a week. There are part time shifts available, to cover days and waking nights.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised with a positive attitude, flexible and are able to respond to emergencies.

Rates of pay £14.4 per hour Monday to Friday, £14.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday, increasing to £14.00 and £16.00 per hour respectively on completion of probation period and training.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
